If you work Grave Shift or know someone who does then you might know how difficult it is to live a normal life with normal hours.

I started this blog to shed some light on an important part of working overnights. That important part is sleep. It can be tricky to navigate when to sleep working overnights. It’s also difficult to get the correct amount of sleep. Our bodies have a cycle to follow and a regular cycle includes being awake during the day and sleeping at night. Working overnights actually reverses that cycle and makes it very difficult to get the correct amount of rest.

Whether you work overnights or simply can’t turn your head off before you decide its time to go to bed then please enjoy my blog of several secrets that many people from different areas have contributed to help get to sleep faster, stay asleep longer and take advantage of the energy gained from getting the right amount of rest every day.
