ALCOHOL

This is probably going to be very controversial for many people but it must be mentioned because it does work. I don’t condone this activity but I do enjoy it myself from time to time and is not harmful to most people if used in moderation like anything else. I won’t have to mention much here, most people already know the affects of alcohol and how you get a buzzed dizzy feeling depending on how much you consume. Some people become more comfortable around people consuming alcohol and that is what I want people to take away from this. Alcohol can make you feel more comfortable to rest. People with insomnia or a.d.d. or a.d.h.d. might use alcohol as a way to help them focus so their minds don’t race allowing them to fall asleep quick and peaceful. I personally recommend you consume alcohol while you are comfortable and not while you are in any irritated or angry mood. Alcohol can work for you or against you depending on the person so drink responsibly and try to consume in a comfortable environment where you are safe and at ease of any stress. Happy Sleeping πŸ˜‡
