Todays topic of discussion is audio. More specifically what do you listen to while falling asleep or while your in deep sleep or just waking up!?
Myself personally I’ll listen to a fish tank or the humming of my ceiling fan. Both of those noises really lul me to sleep pretty easily. I normally wake up to an alarm clock but I’ve noticed if my alarm is too loud initially when I wake up then it actually frightens me and makes me snooze even harder. So I make sure to turn my alarm noises down about halfway and that will gently wake me up without sounding like there is a fire in my house!
